OSAK Business Management System

For OSAK Çelik Halat ve Hırdavat Ticareti, we developed a custom business management system (CRM + WMS + pre-accounting) that unifies all of the company’s operations on a single platform. Shelf-level stock tracking, stock counts, goods receipt, inter-warehouse transfers and purchasing are handled with fast barcode and QR operations, including on mobile. On the sales side, customer and opportunity tracking, digitally approved quotes and sales processes; on the finance side, income and expenses, cash and bank transactions, account statements and reconciliations are all managed in the same system. With role-based permissions and activity logs, each user accesses only their own area of responsibility, while management follows the entire operation in real time from a single screen.
